--FOREIGN MEDICAL GRADUATES (FMG’s) – IMPORTANT NOTICE Bihar State Medical Council सभी Foreign Medical Graduates (FMGs) को सूचित करता है कि

अनिवार्य पंजीकरण (Mandatory Registration) भारत में चिकित्सा व्यवसाय (Medical Practice) करने से पहले, प्रत्येक FMG को National Medical Commission (NMC) से Eligibility Certificate / Recognition प्राप्त करना आवश्यक है। Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) में उत्तीर्ण होना और NMC Registration Certificate प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य है.

Note: Local candidature will be decided by maximum period of stay in his/her study ship from 1st class to 10th class, They are requested to get their original and xerox of study certificates.

-- BCMR Office Timings starts from Monday to Saturday between 9:30AM to 05:00PM except Second Saturday.

-- 9:30 am to 1:00 pm tokens will be given.

-- Receiving Applications (Tatkals/Non Tatkals) between 9:30AM to 02:00PM

-- Issuing Original Certificates between 01:00PM to 04:00PM

-- In between 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm Tatkal applications will be issued as ( issue timing depends on submission timings)

-- राज्य पंजीकरण (State Registration) NMC Registration के बाद, बिहार में चिकित्सा सेवाएं प्रदान करने हेतु Bihar State Medical Council में राज्य पंजीकरण कराना आवश्यक है। पंजीकरण के लिए निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज आवश्यक होंगे: पासपोर्ट की प्रति (Passport Copy) मेडिकल डिग्री एवं ट्रांसक्रिप्ट (Degree & Transcript) FMGE पास सर्टिफिकेट (FMGE Pass Certificate) NMC Registration Certificate पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो (Recent Passport Size Photographs) आवश्यक शुल्क (Prescribed Fee)

-- Applications will be accepted up to 18-04-2023. Counselling will be on 20-04-2023.After the allotment they are expected to join in respective medical colleges within 15 days.

-- नधिकृत प्रैक्टिस पर कार्रवाई बिना पंजीकरण चिकित्सा व्यवसाय करना Indian Medical Council Act एवं संबंधित कानूनों के अंतर्गत दंडनीय अपराध है। ऐसे मामलों में परिषद कानूनी कार्रवाई करने के लिए अधिकृत है। Note: सभी FMGs को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया के बारे में विस्तृत जानकारी के लिए परिषद कार्यालय से संपर्क करें।.

The Bihar State Medical Council (BSMC) is a statutory body constituted under the provisions of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (as adopted by the State of Bihar) and relevant State legislation.

The Constitution of the Council ensures representation of different stakeholders in the field of medicine and provides a structured framework for regulation of the medical profession in Bihar.

Composition of the Council

Elected Members – Registered medical practitioners elected by their peers.
Ex-Officio Members – Senior officials nominated by the State Government.
Nominated Members – Representatives from medical colleges, universities, and health authorities.
President & Vice-President – Elected from among the members of the Council.
Registrar – Appointed to maintain the State Medical Register and oversee administrative work.

Purpose of the Constitution

To regulate the medical profession in Bihar.
To ensure that only qualified and registered practitioners practice medicine.
To safeguard ethical medical practices.
To assist the National Medical Commission (NMC) in implementing uniform medical standards.

हिंदी संस्करण

बिहार स्टेट मेडिकल काउंसिल (BSMC) एक वैधानिक निकाय (Statutory Body) है, जिसे भारतीय चिकित्सा परिषद अधिनियम, 1956 तथा बिहार राज्य के प्रासंगिक अधिनियमों के अंतर्गत गठित किया गया है।

काउंसिल का संविधान (Constitution) विभिन्न चिकित्सकीय हितधारकों का प्रतिनिधित्व सुनिश्चित करता है और बिहार में चिकित्सा व्यवसाय के विनियमन के लिए एक संगठित ढांचा प्रदान करता है।

परिषद की संरचना

निर्वाचित सदस्य – पंजीकृत चिकित्सकों द्वारा चुने गए सदस्य।
पदेन सदस्य – राज्य सरकार द्वारा नामित वरिष्ठ अधिकारी।
नामित सदस्य – मेडिकल कॉलेजों, विश्वविद्यालयों एवं स्वास्थ्य प्राधिकरणों के प्रतिनिधि।
अध्यक्ष एवं उपाध्यक्ष – परिषद के सदस्यों में से निर्वाचित।
रजिस्ट्रार – राज्य चिकित्सा रजिस्टर के रखरखाव एवं प्रशासनिक कार्यों के लिए नियुक्त।

संविधान का उद्देश्य

बिहार राज्य में चिकित्सा व्यवसाय का विनियमन करना।
यह सुनिश्चित करना कि केवल योग्य और पंजीकृत चिकित्सक ही चिकित्सा कार्य करें।
चिकित्सा व्यवसाय में आचार संहिता का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।
राष्ट्रीय चिकित आयोग (NMC) के साथ मिलकर समान चिकित्सा मानकों का पालन करना।
